Aberdeen University film student Jenni Wright made a point of seeking me out to ask what I was doing interviewing people when we were at the Aberdeen Actors and Directors networking event at the start of the month. And she got interviewed.
Jenni’s typical of a certain kind of person attending the event – someone who wants to be involved. Before February 2012 there wasn’t an easy way to hook with acting and production groups in Aberdeen, but the networking events have changed that.
Check out the podcast to hear Jenni talk about the differences between the scenes in Aberdeen and Glasgow (which she knows – because she’s from there) and about meeting people at networking events.
Oh, and she’s interested in performance – stage or film.
PS. Sorry about that daft pun in the title. Sometimes I can’t help myself.
